Dan O'brien

Dan began his career by creating craft cocktails in Colorado. He slowly started diving into all things beverage. He spent the next few years honing his skills in knowledge of spirits, beer and wine. He has a passion for creating an exceptional experience for guests through his love of beverages. Dan is an industry veteran with a vast amount of experience in all restaurant establishments. During the pandemic he made the transition to move to wine country in Napa and learn more about harvest and assisted with winemaking at Bell Wine Cellars. Dan recently moved to San Francisco and is working at Lazy Bear. He continually works to create unique cocktails and add memorable experiences for his guests. Currently he is excited to be working in the bay area, and to be creating cocktails with local ingredients and working alongside the culinary team.
