USA Beer Ratings Postponed

20/03/2020 Beverage Trade Network, the organizer of USA Beer Ratings has announced the official decision to postpone the competition to October 25, 2020.

In the interest of addressing the health and safety concerns due to the Covid-19 outbreak, the Executive Committee of Beverage Trade Network, Organizer of USA Beer Ratings has announced the official decision to postpone the competition to October 25, 2020.

Keeping our community safe and healthy is going beyond any additional hygiene measures we could put in place. Additionally, in the wake of the announced European travel ban and the understanding from many of our judges, the decision to cancel the event was the right one.

Beverage Trade Network, the organizer of USA Beer Ratings said, “ the safety of our judges, partners, and our staff was the top priority and it was best we postponed the event to October.

“Whilst following government advice and what’s happening in the USA and especially the pace of new state protocols coming up, we spent the last couple of weeks speaking with partners to assess the impact the outbreak would have on our event and what measures we could put in place in order to mitigate risks and deliver a safe, successful event for all,” Sid Patel, CEO of Beverage Trade Network said.

We understand that our entrants who submitted their beer were excited to see the results on August 19, however, in order to do the competition in its true merits which is having leading judges from all across the USA, the best decision was to postpone the event and do it in October. Winners will now be announced on November 9, 2020.
